4th of July Fruit & Cheese Platter

This fruit and cheese platter is super easy to put together, which makes it perfect for your barbecue or party.  

STEP ONE:

Cube the watermelon and feta cheese. You can store these in separate containers until ready to plate.

STEP TWO:

Spread the arugula out on a large rectangular platter. On the bottom half of the plate, create a watermelon line, a feta line and another watermelon line.

STEP THREE:

Place the blueberries in a square on the upper left. Then add another line of watermelon and feta cheese to the right of the blueberries.

Enjoy! The salad will keep in a cool place for up to 3 hours. If not consuming right away, store in the refrigerator.
