Easy Keto Ham and Cheese Bites

These ham and cheese bites are just 3 net grams of carbs each. You can make them quickly for an easy snack or breakfast.

STEP ONE:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

STEP TWO:

Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). Cover a baking sheet with a silicon mat or parchment paper. Form 9 small balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet.

STEP THREE:

Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden on top.

STEP FOUR:

Enjoy! You can keep these bites for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or for 2-3 months in the freezer.

Can I substitute coconut flour?

Not in this recipe, no. The coconut flour has too much of a sweet coconut flavor to be good in this recipe. I suggest sticking with almond flour.
